How the Selection Process Works

We will hold two selection cycles, followed by a final round to choose the Top 10 Winners who will showcase their work in Italy.

Why Submit Early?

​Submitting by the first deadline gives you the opportunity to be considered in the first selection round, offering longer exposure and recognition throughout the process.

 How It Works
Submit your artwork by January 30, 2025, to enter the first selection round. The first 10 finalists will be announced on February 11, 2025.

Artists submitting by May 30, 2025, will be considered for the second selection round, where another 10 finalists will be chosen.
All 20 finalists will then be evaluated for the Top 10 Winners, announced on June 17, 2025.

Accepted Media

We accept submissions across a wide range of artistic disciplines, including sculpture, photography, mixed media, installation art, painting, digital art, wearable art, textile art, ceramics, and street art. Artists are encouraged to showcase their creativity and unique vision within these categories.

Submission Guidelines

You’re welcome to enter more than once, but each submission must feature different artworks. Please don’t submit the same artwork multiple times—we’re reviewing every single one, promise!

Also, keep in mind that AI-generated art is not allowed and won’t be accepted. Additionally, please refrain from submitting images that promote violence, political issues, war-related content, or anything that may cause division. Let’s keep the focus on creativity and unity!

Entry Fee

Standard Entry: $75

  • Eligibility: Submit your artwork for consideration in the Collector's Legacy Impact Awards.
  • Submission: Includes up to 5 images of your artwork.
  • Recognition: Featured on a dedicated awards page on the ArtTour International website, showcasing one image of your artwork.

Premium Entry: $150

  • Eligibility: Submit your artwork for consideration in the Collector's Legacy Impact Awards.
  • Submission: Includes up to 10 images of your artwork.
  • Recognition:Featured on the awards page with one image of your artwork.
  • Extended Social Media Campaign: A targeted campaign promoting your work to a global audience.
  • Promotional Materials: Digital assets to share on your personal social media, boosting visibility and engagement.

Terms and Conditions: Non-Refundable Payment Disclaimer

By submitting your artwork to the Collector's Legacy Impact Awards, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All payments made for entry fees are non-refundable. Once your submission is completed and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including disqualification, withdrawal, or non-selection.

Submission Eligibility: You confirm that all submitted artwork is your original work and meets the contest guidelines. AI-generated works, as well as content promoting violence, political issues, or division, are not accepted and may result in disqualification without refund.

Final Decision: The jury's decisions are final, and no correspondence or discussions regarding the outcome will be entertained.
